01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of greekpixel.com (the site), which belongs to the company GREEKPIXEL, based at Mitropoleos 31, 59132 Veroia, Greece, VAT number (ΑΦΜ) 065191775. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Client projects are governed by the proposal and service agreement we sign with each client. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

02Using the site

You may browse, share and link to the site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
  • Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others.
  • Send through the contact form, or otherwise transmit, anything that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or obscene, or that may harm minors.
  • Send content that violates someone else's privacy or expresses racial, national or other discrimination.
  • Infringe a patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other right of a third party.
  • Send software viruses or any code, file or program designed to interrupt, damage or disable software or hardware.
  • Collect or store personal data about other people through the site.
  • Break applicable Greek or EU law in any other way.

03Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, code, text, images and ASCII artwork on the site belong to GreekPixel or are used with permission. Concept studies on the site are our own work for fictional clients. Any real client work we show remains the property of that client and appears with their consent.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

When you send us your own material, such as a brief, logos, photos or documents, you keep ownership of it. You allow us to use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the project. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

04Enquiries and proposals

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract. Estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise, and become binding only once both parties sign.

Ideas you share with us in an enquiry are treated as confidential and used only to prepare our reply.

05Liability

We may change, correct, suspend or remove any part of the site or of these terms at any time. The version on this page, with the dates above, is the one that applies; using the site after a change means you accept it.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your situation.

To the extent permitted by law, GreekPixel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek or EU law.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The competent Greek courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
