Work / Web
maritzane
A dark, illustrated website for a tattoo, piercing and jewellery artist, built around her own line work.

Fig. 01 · First screen
01Challenge
A tattoo artist whose clients choose her for how she reads people, not for a price list.
The site needed to feel like her studio: personal, a little wild, and clear about the practical side, from sending a request to preparing your skin before a session.
02Approach
Her drawings set the tone. The type keeps it readable.
The portfolio as a story
Healed work in large, uneven frames, with her words between them in a brush script and huge outlined type that slides past as you scroll.

How she works
Her approach, trust and freedom, sits next to a black and white photo of her at work, with her own line art running down the edge.

Care before the session
Pre-care advice becomes a numbered card carousel, so clients arrive prepared, and every page ends on one action: send a request.

03Outcome
A site that feels like her, and still gets people to send a request.
